All the spa facilities are out of service. Please note: the check-in process is slow with often just 1 person working the desk. I had to pay for a very expensive taxi to avoid missing my flight.

The driver went to a diff property Royalton Hideaway they said. Next morning paid transfer never arrived. The beach view offered locals selling and doing drugs. That evening I went to the Mexican restaurant and ordered the chicken dish. At 6pm the hotel guest experiences manager came to my room and called on my behalf. I did try to set this up weeks before my trip but no one had actually confirmed it through Expedia or the hotel. It took all day to make someone understand that I didn't have a reservation but needed to make a new one. My next morning I tried to secure an airport transfer. Dirty table, hair in the tub, yellow bath water, broken jacuzzi & the room was not steps from the pool as promised. The hotel had low occupancy so I was surprised, but understood. We will definitely be back one day.įirst I want say I was disappointed because after I read so many great reviews I had decided this property was the right place to go. They have enough going on but not young partiers. I’d recommend to anyone that isn’t in to the crazy party life. The only bad thing about our trip was the shuttle ride from the airport was over an hour and crowded, but this is nothing to do with the resort. The ocean water here is indescribably beautiful. Hibachi meal with sushi was our fav and the grill down by the pool. They have two formal restaurants that you were dressier attire (church or nice party attire) and several casual restaurants. Comforter cushions on each lounger in pool area and lots of plastic loungers at the beach under palm trees. They are so clean and beautiful, with great service to get your drinks and food right there at your lounge chair. We spent the majority of our time at one of the two bigger pools.
Nice area with everything you need and a great balcony with comfortable cushioned chairs. There were about 14 suites in our building with a courtyard and a concierge has an area in each building to help you with anything you need. My husband and I stayed a week here in 2527.
